Refund & Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Refunds on services and memberships are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis. Retail products may only be returned unopened within 14 days of purchase.
Membership / Subscription Terms
Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Memberships are non-transferable. Services may be swapped within the membership tier as available. Unused services do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
